I am a Visiting Fellow in Economics at the University of Essex. My research is in behavioural economics and applied microeconomics. I use a diverse portfolio of empirical methods, combining field and laboratory experiments with microeconometric methods to explore mechanisms that drive behaviour.
A central focus of my work is examining decision making in naturalistic environments that reflect the complexity of the real world. Specific research includes emotions and economic decisions, competitive behaviour in dating markets, and the Behavioural Economics of Music (BEM) - a new research programme addressing challenges in the music industry.
I am on the 2025/26 job market - Link to paper here
